Solid or dry film lubricants are used to reduce the friction between two surfaces sliding against each other without using any type of liquid. Dry lubricants offer protection at temperature ranges higher than liquid or oil lubricants. This helps protect the parts from unnecessary heat and loss of materials within parts over long periods of time. Our lubricants are applied with a conventional spray gun. Our most commonly used solid lubricants are: graphite, molybdenum disulfide and E/M 620C.
